We do not charge your card until we confirm your appointment. We collect $50 fee to reserve your visit (refundable if >48 hours), and it will be applied to your visit.

We are a cash-pay practice, but with out-of-network benefits, you can get a significant portion of your visit reimbursed by insurance.
